He quickly found a shorted-out contactor on the heat strips, replaced it, and had our heat back up and running in no time. I reached out to Cool Now for a second opinion after a reputable A/C company that I initially selected said it would cost $14K to repair or $18K to replace our A/C System. The service technician at Cool Now was amazing as we walked through all the "repairs" that supposedly needed to be fixed. Come to find out the only issue was a leak in the coil which he was able to repair while there!

I called Cool Now late in the day on Monday - it's 95 outside and my AC had quit working and they showed up after hours, found the issue, and offered a fix that ultimately saved me roughly $1,000 in Freon. They replaced a leaking evaporator coil and had me back up and running in 2 days. Of course we had to get the manufacturer involved which delayed us, but Cool Now saved the day and got the part covered under warranty. 2 brothers own and operate the business and their techs are top notch - they even entertained my kids while they were working! Family owned and operated, 5 star customer service, and straight forward pricing.

I had my ducts cleaned and a Rene Halo Whole Home Air Cleaner installed. When I returned home the air in my home smelled crisp and clean. Great guys to work with very professional. Will be using them again.
